The Zocapi Garlic Drying Unit is actually an exhaust fan that pulls the moisture out of the drying room by lowering the humidity. Each unit is design to operate  in an area up to 50,000 cubic metres. Multiple units can be install for larger drying operations. They can be used in both temporary or permanent setups, under cover or outside.

 

Depending on weather conditions drying time is ​5-7 days, however in areas where the humidity is low this can reduced to 3 days. Made in Spain.
