The Ortomec Self-Propelled Post-Harvest Cleaner is an innovative machine that can perform several functions. In crops that are grown to be harvested multiple times, the Ortomec Cleaner's vacuum can remove any decaying leaves, insects, and other lightweight field trash remaining after harvest. Any uncut product missed during the first harvest can also be cut and removed with the Cleaner, ensuring uniform growth for the second harvest. The machine is suitable for products like spinach, baby-leaf, rocket, etc., cultivated on beds in greenhouses and open fields. It’s equipped with a suction system without filters, to avoid possible cloggings. The turbine minces the harvested product.
